What is the format I will be downloading?

Your download will be Mp3 320kbps also some mp3s are set at 192k, please read the description before downloading.

What happens if I download a file with an error in it?

If in the unfortunate event you receive any error in your download what so ever then please click on the "Help" link situated at the bottom of ever page and fill in your details and our team will resolve the error as soon as possible, or alternatively Email us at Support@serioussounds.net

What happens if a track fails part way through a download?

Once you have purchased a track from us it will be in your "My Account" until downloaded fully if you have anymore problems contact us via the "Help" link situated at the bottom of every page or alternatively Email us on Support@serioussounds.net
. On downloading the track, you have 2 attempts and 24 hours before the link for downloading it will become invalid.

Where is my download? I can't find the file...

Once you have paid through Paypal your download details with a link to the download will be in your "My Account" once your payment has been verified by Paypal that we have received the monies, you will also receive an Email to the Email Account you registered when you signed up with the download link contained. If you can't see this Email, please check your spam folder as your software may have picked it up as spam as it contains a link within the Email. If you still can't find the Email login to "Your  Account" and click on the relevant transaction and you will be able to download your track from there.
